This turned out very well. Cold brewed 1/4 cup of ETHIOPIA RARO NANSEBO NATURAL from @portraitcoffee for 12 hours. Strained the d Added 1 cup of allulose and a chopped vanilla bean and let sit for 3 days in the fridge. Strained and added 1 1/2 cups rum and a double shot of espresso (same beans). #sugarfree #coffeeliqueur

Accidentally put a turkey on an Instacart order. Couldn’t let it go to waste. Brined for a few days with apples in the brine. Spatchcocked and smoked. Pulled the meat, them made stock with the frame. Then made soup with the stock and about half the meat. Then made turkey manhattan’s today. #turkeymanhattan #smokedturkey ##turkeybroth #turkeynoodlesoup #gravy
