Didn’t want the rest of that broth to go to waste, so I sous vide some marinated pork belly for 24 hrs, made some more marinated soft boiled eggs and had some lunch. @immieats #ramen #porkbelly

Had some leftover @heritagemeadowsfarm pork loin that I had fried up the other day. Thawed some stock and made a nice soup base with some dark and light soy and ginger, a little powdered reaper with some @immieats noodles. Also made some marinated soft boiled eggs #ramen @ashblaeds

I was inspired by our first trip to @theinfernoroom and had a giant making a raspberry shrub using the basic recipe from the Jerry Thomas guide. Then whipped up a simple cocktail to use it, de-licious. #jerrythomas @flordecanarum #raspberryshrub
